Agency 报告 of Public Official Appointments (Form 806)
Title 2 of California Code of Regulations section 18705.5 permits a public official to make or participate in a decision on his or her appointment to a committee, board or commission of a public agency, 特殊的地方, a joint powers agency or authority, or a metropolitan planning organization, that provides compensation to the official. Each agency must post on its website a single Form 806 which lists all the paid appointed positions. When there is a change in compensation or a new appointment is made, the Form 806 is updated to reflect the change.

FPPC Regulations 18944 and 18950.1 provide a procedure that state and local agencies may use to disclose payments used for agency purposes and paid by a third party. The regulations' reporting procedures provide an alternative means to disclose a payment that may otherwise be considered income or a gift to a benefitting employee and subject to reporting on a Statement of Economic Interest, 700年形成.
